As all addicts know the best way to cope is by taking it one day at a time. I set myself a goal each day and every time I achieve a goal it gives me a confidence boost. Today for example I set myself the task of going to a public place and speaking to a complete stranger. This is such a small thing to most people but to me it gives me a boost which sometimes lasts all day.
